With this road segment attribute, you can increase (preferred) or decrease (unfavored) the importance of a road type in the routing. Neutral is the standard setting. For example: a positive mH behaves like a MH and a negative mH behaves like a PS. The effective locking changes accordingly. Do not use without consulting a CM.
