If more than one place is defined for a single POI, link the external provider to the main one. Example: Metro station with more than one entrance defined, use the main entrance.
Only link an External provider to a Parking Lot Place when it explicitly refers to the parking lot itself. Never link a Google Place that refers to the POI location (building) to a Parking Lot place.
