When a "RING" is mentioned on the signs, also include "RING" in the Visual instruction and the TTS. See also examples below.

When RING is followed by a cardinal direction, such as RING-South, use a vertical line (pipe) between the highway name and the place names to distinguish that it is not "ri" RING-South but the A10 RING-South "ri"....
Visual instruction:

• "RING" plus Road shield plus Place names.
  
• Road shield plus RING-<cardinal direction> | Place names

TTS:

• <road number> plus "RING" followed by "ri" plus Place names
• <road number> plus "RING" <cardinal direction> "ri" plus Place names
