Road Type Condition (Directional)</b><br> The incoming segment (A) is not one of the following road types: [[Street]] (ST), [[Parking Lot Road]] (PLR), [[Private road]] (PR), [[Alley|Narrow Street]] (NS), or [[Off-road|4x4]]. If segment A does have one of the above road types, the median U-turn penalty will not be applied, even if all other conditions are met. |

Drie segmenten</b><br> De U-bocht bestaat uit een omkering van de rijrichting via drie segmenten: het inrijdende segment (A), één verbindingssegment (B) en het uitrijdende segment (C).<br> <b>2. Kort verbindingssegment</b><br> Het verbindingssegment (B) is 15 meter of korter.<br> <b>3. In-/uit-parallelisme</b><br> De in- en uitgaande segmenten (A en C) lopen, binnen een hoek van ±5°, parallel aan elkaar. Wanneer het verbindingssegment niet recht is, wordt de hoek bepaald alsof A en C door een denkbeeldig recht segment met elkaar zijn verbonden.<br> <b>4. Wegtypevoorwaarde (directioneel)</b><br> Het inrijdende segment (A) is geen van de volgende wegtypes: [[Street]] (ST), [[Parking Lot Road]] (PLR), [[Private road|Private Road]] (PR), [[Alley|Smalle straat]] (NS) of [[Off-road|4x4]]. Indien segment A wél één van bovenstaande wegtypes heeft, wordt de median u-turn penalty niet toegepast, zelfs als aan alle andere voorwaarden is voldaan. |
